Rachel was just fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to use her again.
I went around with a list of over 200 names, phone numbers, emails, etc, etc and she put them all in a spread sheet, all ruled up  with columns etc and in alternating colours.
I took my PC around and she showed me how to email all the contacts in the one email, plus many other tips.
Just brilliant and it saved me (the 2 finger typist) so much time.
